Jannette
Travali, MS, MPH, RD, LDN
Jannette is the Director of The Center
for Mind
& Body Wellness. She is
a Registered Dietitian and Exercise
Physiologist specializing in Nutrition
Therapy for disordered eating; from
weight management to anorexia, bulimia,
PCOS,
food aversions, compulsive overeating
and other diseases affected by disordered
eating behaviors. Her counseling incorporates
a Non-Diet Approach, focusing
on cognitive and behavior modification
- involving diet, lifestyle, body
image
and exercise.
Jannette received her undergraduate
degree in Nutritional Biochemistry
from Cornell University and her Masters
in Public Health and Nutrition from
the University of North Carolina at
Chapel Hill. She received her Masters
in Exercise Physiology from the University
of Pittsburgh.
Her experience includes over fifteen
years of individual and group counseling,
public speaking, program development
and professional supervision. She
served on the faculty of the Department
of Clinical Dietetics and Nutrition
at the University of Pittsburgh. She
is a member of the Academy of Eating
Disorders, American Dietetic Association,
the Pittsburgh Dietetic Association
and a member of the practice groups
for SCAN (Sports, Cardiovascular and
Wellness Nutrition), Weight Management,
Women's Health & Reproductive
Nutrition and Nutrition Entrepreneurs.
She serves on the Advisory Board for
the local chapter of the PCOS Support
Organization.

Christine Doolittle, MS, RD, LDN
Christine is a Registered Dietitian
specializing in clinical nutrition,
weight management, disease management,
eating disorders, and sports and cardiovascular
nutrition. Christine currently serves
on the staff of The Center for Mind
& Body Wellness.
She received her Bachelor of Science
degree in Foods and Nutrition from
Indiana University of Pennsylvania
and her Masters degree in Nutrition,
with an emphasis on Exercise Science
and Risk Factor Management, from the
University of North Carolina at Greensboro.
Her experience includes over fourteen
years of individual and group counseling
in helping people improve their health
through lifestyle changes and better
eating habits. Her counseling approach
emphasizes behavior modification involving
diet, lifestyle changes, exercise
and promoting the non-diet approach
to eating. In addition, she speaks
regularly to various groups about
nutrition.
Christine is a member of the American
Dietetic Association, the Pittsburgh
Dietetic Association, and a member
of the practice groups for SCAN (Sports,
Cardiovascular and Wellness Nutrition),
Women's Health & Reproductive
Nutrition, and Nutrition in Complimentary
Care.

Joan Grassucci, RD, LDN
Joan is a Registered Dietitian
specializing in clinical nutrition,
disease prevention and management,
and cardiovascular nutrition.
Ms. Grassucci currently serves on the
staff of the Center for Mind & Body Wellness.
She received her Bachelor of Science
degree in Foods and Nutrition from Indiana
University of Pennsylvania. Her experience
includes over 15 years of individual and
group counseling in helping people improve
their health through lifestyle changes and
better eating habits. In addition, she has
done program development and worked in long-term
care and many other clinically based programs.
She is also a member of the American Dietetic
Association and the Pittsburgh Dietetic Association.
