"As a man approaching middle age,
I reluctantly agreed to consult a
Nutritionist to help me prepare for an upcoming long distance cycling event. Christine quickly put me at ease. She encouraged my training efforts. She gave me simple, creative strategies to improve my endurance training and managed to slip in some changes to improve my overall health. I immediately noticed the difference
and shared this information with my teammates. My family began incorporating some changes, as well.
I am convinced that, as a sign
in their office reads, 'Nutrition Fuels Fitness,' in all parts of life."
